Walter Gregor’s is Scotland’s first craft tonic water,
handcrafted in small batches on Manse Farm in
Peathill, Aberdeenshire. Founded in 2015 by Claire
Rennie. Named after a 19th-century minister and
passionate botanist whose walled garden now
supplies many of the fresh ingredients used in
their tonics. Walter Gregor’s tonics are designed
to complement, not overpower, premium spirits.
