Walter Gregor’s is Scotland’s first craft tonic water,
handcrafted in small batches on Manse Farm in
Peathill, Aberdeenshire. Founded in 2015 by Claire
Rennie. Named after a 19th-century minister and
passionate botanist whose walled garden now
supplies many of the fresh ingredients used in
their tonics. Walter Gregor’s tonics are designed
to complement, not overpower, premium spirits.

Made in small batches with
botanicals grown on Manse Farm,
including citrus and aromatic
herbs, it’s delicately balanced to
let fine gins shine. Clean, crisp,
and gently effervescent, this is
tonic at its most refined.
Soda Tonique Originale
Hand-crafted, premium tonic water made
with fresh botanicals from Walter Gregor's
Scotland. The original premium tonic water
with Quinine. A light and crisp tonic water
with a soft bubble. Picks up a slightly salty
note from the coastal water used.
